Ian was extremely efficient in getting a quote to me exactly when promised. He carried out the work whilst I was at work and stayed behind waiting for me to explain the operations in detail. I found Ian to be very friendly, professional and trustworthy throughout. He is returning to a separate, smaller job in a few days time. Would definitely recommend.
